We wanted to give you some FREE information and advice |
NATURAL NAILS |
* Always apply a base coat before applying nail polish * |
* Keep your polish looking clean and fresh with a top coat * |
* Apply cuticle oil to maintain and promote the health of your nails * |
* File nails in one direction only to prevent your nails from flaking or peeling * |
* Apply moisturising hand cream whenever you have washed your hands. * Why not keep a small tube in your handbag, in the car, by the sink for your convenience |
* Where rubber gloves when cleaning and doing the dishes etc... * |
* Use acetone free nail polish remover * |
ARTIFICAL ENHANCEMENTS |
* Treat your nails like jewels not tools * |
* Try to adapt to using the sides of your hands and fingers * to open car doors, washing machines etc... |
* Use cuticle oil at least twice a day to keep your nail extensions flexible * |
* Use acetone free nail polish remover when taking off polish from your enhancements * |
* Use 100% acetone to remove your acrylic enhancements * When soaking off your acrylic nails do NOT pour acetone down sink. You MUST soak it up with cotton wool and dispose of in an outside bin |
* Do not pick or remove enhancements with your teeth as this may cause * distress and weaken your natural nails |
* Do not pick at the natural nail underneath your enhancements * as this will weaken the artifical nail |
* Please do not use super glue to do a DIY repair as you could be doing more damage * than you realise. Use proper nail glue or call us for a repair. |
* It is recommended that you book appoinments every 2 - 3 weeks * to keep your enhancements from becoming too long or top heavy |
