  Important Information 

Guide to areas covered, how to book, deposits, confirmations, cancelations & more. 
  • What areas do you travel to & is there a minimum charge?

    Mobile Nails 4 Manchester travels within a 10 mile radius of M5 3SS, however further distances can be travelled but may be subject to FSC (Fuel Surcharge) of £0.75 per mile.

    *Bookings totalling £40 or more will be exempt from FSC.

    *Repeat bookings of every 2 weeks only will be exempt from FSC. 

    Mobile Nails 4 Manchester has a minimum booking value of £30 per address.

  • Parking & Equipment requirements

    As Mobile Nails 4 Manchester is a mobile service, we will require parking in close proximity to the home/venue. If parking on a driveway/street is not possible, please let us know what the parking situation is. If there are charges for parking the customer will be required to cover the cost of this.

    A desk of some description is required, for example, dining table, high side table, ironing board etc with suitable chairs. Access to a plug socket is required also.

    Please let us know if you dont have a suitable workstation available for use and we can provide one. 

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    Bank transfer is accepted by Mobile Nails 4 Manchester. This must be paid before the technician leaves your home/venue. 

  • Do you come out for nail repairs?

    Mobile Nail 4 Manchester has a minimum spend requirement of £30, so an individual repair will not be covered. It could be possible for the customer to travel to the technician for nail repairs, get in touch if you need this service. 

  • Do I need to pay a deposit?

    25% Deposits will be required for group bookings of more than 3 people and the balance will be due on the day of the booking. Deposits are non refundable if the booking is cancelled with less than 72 hours notice. The booking can be rescheduled once with plenty of notice, if it happens again the original deposit will be forfeited.

  • Aftercare Advice

    Mobile Nails 4 Manchester works hard to provide their customers with exceptional nails, it is your duty to care for them...Treat them like jewels, not tools!

    Wear gloves when doing housework/using chemicals. Don't use nails to open cans. Use knuckles to push/press things like pin entry pads, toilet flush etc. Apply cuticle oil daily. Seek advice from your technician if a nail is severely damaged. Seek medical advice if allergic reaction occurs.

  • How do I book an appointment?

    Mobile Nails 4 Manchester can make bookings via telephone, E-mail, Facebook & Instagram. If you decide to call and there is no answer, please bear in mind that your technician could be driving or with a customer so please be sure to leave a voicemail or send a message/email and we will get back to you ASAP. Mobile Nails 4 Manchester always aims to respond to enquiries within a few hours, but please be patient, every enquiry will be answered as soon as is physically possible.

  • How do I cancel an appointment?

    Mobile Nails 4 Manchester understands things come up at the last minute sometimes, but we would appreciate as much notice as possible to reschedule or cancel a booking. Please call 07888670709 if you need to cancel an appointment on the same day. Customers who frequently reschedule/cancel appointments last minute may forfeit having services provided by Mobile Nails 4 Manchester in the future.

  • Are the technicians fully qualified & insured?

    Mobile Nails 4 Manchester is fully qualified with over 15 years experience in the nail industry. All services are covered by a valid insurance policy. 

  • Confirmation required before travel

    Mobile Nails 4 Manchester will contact its customers a few days before and also on the day to double check the booking confirmation. If no contact is made a few days before, the appointment may end up being opened up for a last minute booking so please ensure you confirm a few days prior. If no contact is made to confirm the booking on the day of the appointment, the therapist will not set off for the appointment until that is confirmed which may result in the booking having to be rescheduled or cancelled. Please always ensure to confirm your booking to enable us to get you at the day and time you have requested.  Thank you.
